Chelsiah and Vanessa met while working together in 2013. After a year of working together, they ventured into their own career paths while still keeping in contact. They continued to support each other throughout the years and have since become business partners opening Silk Foxx & Bakery Babes Wax Supplies.

Bakery Babes was created in the midst of inflation. Vanessa and Chelsiah wanted to find a way to create quality product while keeping a reasonable price for themselves and other beauty industry professionals. In 2022, Bakery Babes Wax Supplies, was launched with that exact goal in mind.
